Moin moin,
now scarce and only a short update from me. Since then, the weather is better again, we are talking about every day and the days are really long. Sometimes we have two shows a day. 3 hours a demo can be expected to have as customers so everyone should own work with the press, many questions about technology and only occur once - even if 80 bales per screening appear at first sight appears have to get used to the machine. If one also takes between one to two hours relaying must, then there is not much time left. Even a half hours in the morning and evening are not uncommon.
But the main thing is that everything is still very successful, and that we do it over again, amazed at the part to American products-knit clientele.
So I had a demonstration yesterday, where I was with two other presses, Case LBX 431 and Hesston 4790, in the field. The windrows were ideal, and so I could well accelerate. The client had gone to press before on a smaller field itself and then wanted to again see the difference to their existing presses live. And I showed him. First time I'm with about 2 miles per hour speed run, and we have the first bale weighed about his and my press. The result: 1840 lbs to over 1250 lbs! Nearly 600 lbs (275 kg) more!
1: 0 for crown!
(So we have to get used to slowly return to the language of the World Cup!)
After that I made it something more speed, and have 7-8 mp / h to almost 13 mp / h accelerated. So I was exactly twice as fast as he and his two presses - very funny, especially when direct Overtaking in Nachbarschwad. Well, the ball was of course less food packages than previously concluded (from 40 down to 30), but as the subsequent weighing, were my bales in 1540 and 1565 lbs still significantly heavier than the bales lbs with 1323 and 1235th Even with this very quick trip, the curved path without PickUp EasyFlow has done a wonderful job, it's not a blade of grass left lying on the field.
2: 0 for crown!
The client was absolutely thrilled after the screening. Not only about the performance in the field, because of the many small features such as central lubrication on almost all lubrication points (actually all the essentials other than the drive shafts and drive shafts), Air knot cleaning, winding path less pick up, solid construction with oversized bearings and a huge flywheel (and this is what always causes a loud "Wow") and the very simple and reliable working VFS system and the standard Tandem axle with brakes and steering caster.
The ball shape and weight were, of course, again praised.
The other performances were outstanding - only this was just the demo that made me the most fun. Unfortunately, we are again totally failed to take pictures - so even today only a text update.
Next week I'll be in Nevada - by then all the best!
Greetings Niklas
