A beautiful sky spectacle on the night of 17th to 18 November to see.
thwart Up to an estimated 180 meteors per hour, the sky, but on average it will be with us probably only 20-30 meteors.

Where Can I Buy Sceletium Tortuosum In Atlanta

prehistoric Code / Urcode - Our tests (tomatoes)

For Those of the theme of the first listen, here for the first part (there are also all links).
And here is the link to the article, in which the experimental setup is described. There
A very remarkable library with six videos are available here:

in a sperm or an egg is only a first-coil DNA, in the next seven days it becomes a DNA strand. During this time, connect the DNA strands and the process genetic information.
The influence of the Earth's magnetic field is crucial.
Our field test simulates the DNA strands of a different magnetic field.
There is no gene is supplied. The existing Gene is only "optimized".

Our report of the tomato experiments:

With our tomatoes, we have the seeds / seedling 92 hours the electrostatic field of about 5kV exposed.
On the fourth day shot the seedlings is burned so quickly in the air which is a seedling on the upper plate / electrode. This was also the only seedling does not survive.
We have also from the shock of the rapid growth on the fourth day, stopped the electrostatic treatment and the seedlings planted in sterile soil.
We believe the activated on the fourth day of a gene is responsible for plant growth.

We have planted four large planters.
three we have had on the balcony so a rain-proof and was exposed to the elements.
Now we've seen the first extraordinary properties. Only at a height of about 30 cm, we had the tomatoes on the trellis, a bamboo rod attached. Bolt upright and very high stability of the first drive has been.

In the growth phase and then later some other very unusual properties:
- Very solid, hard-to-shredding leaves and stems.
- No insect like the plant.
gastropods housing have made a circle around the plant.
- Extremely resistant to a lot of rain, we had no fungal problems.
Meanwhile, we had a very rainy summer.
- different color leaves than ordinary tomatoes.
But we rule out a stress reaction, because it was not in all parts of the plant and only in bloom.
- The leaves of wild and edgy or pointed out than ordinary tomato plants.
- Angled branches have become a kind of "air roots" self-healed.
the tomatoes have called ar survived a road nodded off without damage.
- from the stalks were surveys / side shoots which could include a climbing plant.
- The tomatoes have a different shape.
- the tomatoes are slightly hairy.
- Extremely intensive odor. (One possible reason why have no insects on the plants
established.) A positive effect was an absolute light-free room in the summer.
The smell of tomatoes at three plants have been so severe as in an entire greenhouse with tomatoes.

The first tomato we ate a few days ago.
- you cut a very intense odor in.
- The taste is therefore intense, it was even the phrase:
"The best tomato I've ever eaten."
- very crunchy.
- The tomato has a slightly peppery taste, which also remains a while longer on the tongue.

Here are some photos.
In this photo you can very well see this proliferation.

Note the shape of the tomato

The leaf color is here to see very well.

Here you can see the hairs very well.
Here again the shape of tomatoes.
Just before the harvest.

It is a pity that no odor can be posted. ;)

We did the tomatoes are not easy times.
Several times they have gone through drought periods.
The move stems were kinked.
A tomato plant was the first three weeks without interruption, and now stood in the wet on 15 November, she still has flowers, and even survived some very cold nights before.
It is now once again after four weeks in a very wet ground without giving up or have ran the mold itself.
tomatoes with growth cracks are observed mainly because these are the mold-prone places, yes.

Conclusion:
Next year starts a new and better test with tomatoes. It has paid off many different ways.
- We now know that the Urcode / primitive code works!
- There was a parade during the experiment with all the plants. Much more information is lost during this time. Our documentation is very inadequate with the tomato trials.
- The odor intensity and the Anti-fly effect is so strong that it will be a house plant for the summer with us.
- And the intense flavor.

In principle, the experiment is ongoing, as are still alive three tomato plants.

32 Weeks Pregnant Bad Headaches

brain and Internet / Vision and discussion

We are referring to, we got to this blog article on e-mails.
was asked in these emails could start and how things are.

A universal solution does not exist, but the important thing for us is a link to the hopeful articles, blogs and web pages.
This link may make everyone and especially the bloggers.
an important beginning for the currently beginning a new era of information and education.

As a point of discussion or just to think two photos
and Articles by Michael Höhne / Registrar Dawn:

can think Google ?

Google a creature made of silicon ?

can think Google ( Part2)

Here, first a photo of the cerebral cortex.
The stellate cells:
Photo: Pr495du

And now a photo from the Internet.

The similarity is most evident.

And to think:
- hardly a day goes by where Google made not bad in the public media.
- data mysteriously disappearing from computers.
- We are warned of the danger every day, "Internet" in the public media.
- Hollywood has given us with "Skynet" from the Terminator films have a Horrific vision of the Internet down to bed, that we should not waste a thought on a "good Internet".

but every individual creates the Internet only through manipulation and we are drawn to broken links. So we may unconsciously create something wrong. is

The solution:
Links anger, hatred and produce mainly fear, should not be connected, like a cancer that gets no more food die, the fear, anger and hatred from then.
The line between information and manipulation is very fine and requires a clear awareness.
awareness can be achieved by linking their own something.

links must also be constantly monitored, if a link is fed a "cancer" of the link containing closed times.
Sometimes changes are so is the other side.
Think positive.

This is also a way of the 21 Century:
makes a conscious effort on the web.

Private Ambulance Serviceshow To Start

study report on my academic exchanges in civil engineering from The University of Tokyo "2009

Dear Readers
My great period of study and so is my studies are finished. I have to study a written report to the Exchange Office and to make it to a wider audience, I post it here in the blog. The level of detail, however, is primarily intended for students who also consider such an academic exchange.
________________________________

study: Civil Engineering MSc ETH Zurich
Host institution: The University of Tokyo, Tokyo Daigaku
stay: October 2008 to August 2009 (9 & 10 Semester)
Type of studies: Master lectures, project work, thesis

preparations :
I decided in January 2008 I apply for a semester at the University of Tokyo (Todai), with the ETH has a bilateral agreement. The main focus was for me living in a foreign culture, but also learning about the university life there. Japan is a leader in the earthquake being and the University of Tokyo is the most prestigious university in Japan, probably ever in Asia. The application was initially more likely to Tokyo from spontaneous curiosity, it later turned out to be very good and I never regretted that decision.
When I received the commitment from the mobility authority could make I Prof. Puzrin (ETH) in contact with Prof. Towhata (Todai), who leads a group in Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering and has agreed, my project work (term paper) to care.

arrival :
I left just a month before the semester to start, since this later to Switzerland and I will start some time for the would allow for acclimatization and exploring the islands. In that time I traveled by train through the main island and had his first contact with Japanese language and culture. I was very curious to get to know these people. Their characters seemed to me like abstract drawings, their body language is often ambiguous. But never lacked willingness to help, although dealing with strangers is very reserved. If you look at but she is letting on, and seeks contact with the necessary sensitivity, you feel safe in Japan soon.

Foreign students: As the Todai
is considered the best university in Asia, many students come from Asia to obtain a degree here. They receive a stipend (usually by the Japanese government) and return after graduation often return to their country of origin, can be done so that a transfer of knowledge. Many of them come from China, Korea, Vietnam, Pakistan, India or the Philippines. From South America (especially Colombia) are a few. These students have such a strong selection process behind them, that they are very motivated to study and promote the development of their country.
The students from Europe, often as an exchange student here for one or two terms and look not only academic but also the cultural experience. Va The building industry (architecture, civil engineering), and robotics are very popular and this also international (ie English speaking).
are all these students in a similar situation here and look for new friends, one simply finds like-minded parties to the student, the beginning of the semester are very numerous.

tutoring :
I was assigned to a student as a tutor that I was in everyday life to help, since even small things at first appear incomprehensible. Many forms must be filled out, everything will be (up to the bike) registered. They also helped me plan the lectures and to buy the room furnishings. Also, the Office of International Students (OICE) of the School of Engineering and the Foreign Students Organisation (FSO) of the Civil Engineering Department are very helpful in academic and everyday issues.

Living:
I got a room in a dormitory on the Komaba Campus. The room is very small (around 12 m2), but actually contains everything you need. A room with a fold-out bed, a wall unit with built-in table, lamps, refrigerator, stove and a small shower / toilet room. Dishes, bedding, etc., must itself be purchased, but maybe it can be assumed by students moving out.
The balcony offers wonderful views of the nearby and very lively district of Shibuya. I can home "Komaba International Lodge" recommend to the list of priorities. Whom a more generous, more beautiful room is more important than the location and price that can apply in "Odaiba", which is however, quite apart from the central and vibrant part of Tokyo, but has a very good infrastructure for students.

digression on Japan's education system:
Japan is very performance-oriented and education has not treasure adjustable value. The children will be sent early in selected schools, then in the evening, additional tuition, for the better the school, the greater the chance of operating after the entrance examination at a prestigious university. Has the child received there once, can the students for the first time after more than a decade Durchschnaufen constant formation pressure. Since the entrance exams are so competitive, hardly anyone has problems to get his degree. The climate at universities is relatively relaxed about the study is often not directly related to the future profession. Mainly, the name of the university determines the job prospects and is trained on the job is really only in the firm itself, for which one is usually very long to act. Mainly, the Japanese companies simply want bright students; the field is secondary.

University of Tokyo
The Todai is the undisputed number one and so is the level of the students high. Many of the graduates is expected to later hold leadership roles in research, so the courses are also very forschunsorientiert. The main part of the bachelor's and master's program consists of a thesis. The courses take in contrast to the ETH for only a small part. During the two-year master's program must be 10 lectures will be attended (compared to just over 20 lectures at the ETH).
The Student affairs there is no intermediate stage of the supervising assistants, as opposed to the middle at the ETH. As a graduate student you will about the same way as students, to get a research assignment and the one discussed it directly with the professor. Basically, a full professor of the Director of the Labs. All the other assistant professors to Bachelor students are almost at the same hierarchy. No one determines the other, apart from the professor.

Lab:
Once one is accepted by the university, will be assigned to the group of the supervising professor, called the Lab (Laboratory). As a student, you're much more involved in the lab than in the year of study course, because you get a job in the lab, has a weekly seminar and also makes other activities. Some students live almost in the lab, they say eat and when they have accumulated a lot of work, they sometimes sleep on the couch in the Lab.
care all in the Lab good care of their fellow students. The relationship with the supervising professor is similar between students to their professors at the ETH. It is possibly also along on trips / site visits and conferences.
With the rest of you little contact with professors.

project work:
Since the Todai is very research oriented and one should do independent work is the exchange easiest if you can credit for the research project at the ETH as a work, such as project work or thesis. When replacing the Bachelor's degree would you attend Master courses as the Bachelor courses are taught in Japanese.

Lectures:
The lecture quality on the Civil Department is comparable to the ETH. It's taught a lot of conceptual, Earthquake Engineering and numerical methods have a relatively high value. Building codes are not included within the curriculum, as they are taught in the firm itself. In other departments songwriter sometimes much more difficult without knowledge of Japanese.
The first few weeks have been addressed very slowly, because it mainly in the fall are many foreign students, who must first get into the habit. The courses are expensive to the end of term, partly because weighted exercises must be solved. These exercises are challenging, especially the numerical simulations. Some professors make checks The exercises are very similar.
I have received three credit points per course and have attended five lectures, which also make the regular students. Together with the project work (9 credits) so I had get 27 credits, as the Japanese course this also included. This I can recommend, although the end of the semester pretty much come together could.

Japanese Language:
It should, of course, begin already in Switzerland to learn the Japanese language. The language is very foreign to Indo-European languages, on the one hand are formed by the way sentences. While the debate is relatively unproblematic, are reading and writing of Chinese characters, supplemented by two syllable alphabets, very difficult. If one spends not much time for voice lessons, you can communicate after a year still limited. The most important sentences for daily life are to learn but easy.
At Todai, there is a very wide range of Japanese courses, most of them several times a week, about 1.5 hours. The learning environment is mainly oriented fun in the beginner classes, as a priority joy of the Japanese language should be awakened and to develop the basis for daily life. This includes the understanding of Japanese traditions, so that sometimes a lesson while sipping tea or the clapping in the temple spends. Although the time seems high, I recommend to take courses. I chose the beginners' course J1 of the School of Engineering, who has given me a lot of fun. The teachers speak relatively good English and explain their own culture with a wink.
the Civil Department to get by with English quite, since it would need anyway very good Japanese language skills before they would talk to his professor in Japanese.

extension of my activity:
Originally I planned to only the third semester Master (9th term) to make a project work. Urban life in Tokyo fascinated me and the support of my professor was very good. One semester appears in such a foreign culture is very short and hardly makes you feel good, you have to leave again. So I applied for another semester and eventually completed my Master's thesis here. The topic was essentially the same, "Effect of reducing deformation of liquefied sand", the other with shaking table tests on the one hand and Computational Fluid Dynamics.
If you have completed the entire bachelor's degree at the ETH Zurich, may be purchased according to the study regulations, the half of the credits away. I benefited from this scheme.

Cost:
Basically, Japan is an expensive country. For most products more easily paid than in Switzerland. This is due to the fact that everything is in the department stores of very high quality.
eat out small in the restaurants is relatively cheap (cheaper than western food if you are cooking yourself). There are noodles (400 yen) 5 CHF, Sushi Yen 1000, a lunchtime menu for around 700 yen. Va Fish is much cheaper than in Switzerland.
Public transport is relatively expensive. For the commute to the metro and visit different parts of Tokyo takes more than 100 CHF per month. A single ride on the subway costs CHF 2-3.
Living in the cheapest student hostels is very cheap, though modest. The rent including additional costs comes to around 150 CHF. If you do not have residence halls, you'll pay similar prices as in Zurich. Residential communities are not common, are usually rented single rooms have a private entrance.
When food that is, housing and transportation costs considered as the main point, you can live in Tokyo as a student with the same budget as in Zurich. If you count all but recreational activities such as sports, excursions, nightlife also help it is easy to spend more money.

For the flight, an application for study-related travel expenses will be submitted to the Eric Degen Foundation. Since a bilateral agreement between ETH and Todai is, you only have the tuition costs continue to pay at the ETH normal. At Todai they were significantly higher for regular students.

My stay in Tokyo was very rewarding and I felt very comfortable here. I can definitely recommend Todai for an exchange.
