after me this week has once again thwarted the weather very powerful, I wonder now slowly, which this year is actually going on. We write the end of May, and here in California, where it normally this time of year 80-90 ° F (26-32 degrees C) is warm, we currently have only 70 ° F (20 ° C).
The plan, on 1 to drive to Nevada to Smith Valley in June, was also moved by one week to the back, because there last weekend for about 4 cm Snow has fallen - just as in Reno in the last few weeks, unfortunately, a very regular basis - and thus in these cool temperatures with frost simply can not thrive.
This week was also technically weather again very atypical for California:
Tuesday we had two very good demonstrations - both customers are looking for new machines and were impressed by the performance of the BiG Pack 1290 HDP much. The second demo, we will have the last ball again pressed in the rain. We do have the field to get ready just yet, but was followed by heavy rain just a social pizza to the customer possible. Also Wednesday it was rainy, and we have used the time to make some modifications to the press. Also Wednesday night, the rain has not really us further to the fore, and thus Thursday was not a pressing possible. The demonstration planned for today was postponed then because of the humidity this morning.
