What Do The Collored Wrist

Short Report!

Moin moin,

after the first five successful demonstrations, I would like you to report even a brief report.

In recent days we have pressed both the actual roadshow press BiG Pack 1290 HDP and with a BiG Pack 12130th Both presses were running as expected, extremely well, and the result was very nice ball that convinced both by its accurate shape and its weight thanks to perfect compression.

Yesterday morning we were with the HDP at a prospect who pressed his alfalfa hay in the Imperial Valley and then by truck to Arizona goes to his dairy farm. have on their surfaces We bales weighing up to 1900 lbs (860 kg) pressed. And the humidity at about 14%.

Also my balance ball first came to use and could also impressive. Both drive the skewering of the bales and the re-settling is not a problem, and you have not even with a lot of momentum in the bale. Only the fact that the scale shows only in kg, makes its U.S. counterparts life a little harder - but the table next to the scale helps them too.

The use of the "four by four" or BiG Pack was then 12 130 here in the Valley - at a large beef cattle operation with currently 86 000 beef cattle in the barn. The capacity of the plant is still much larger: 120,000 beef cattle are in a 'feedlot' place, and to your own slaughterhouse is all there. In addition to the current three Hesston presses to about 30,000 bales are pressed per year, the company has to supply the cattle also has its own rail connection with silo to unload the food (corn) and store.

Also this show was, in our view a complete success. First, we were able to drive about 30% faster than the fastest of its presses. Second, inspired the work of the easy flow very clean pick up the son of the owner so much that we next Days had with us soon again, to show also the father of the machine in action.

The biggest problem here in the Valley the climate. The time window for pressing is so short that some already two hours after the state "too wet" state "too dry" is achieved. However, just to put Exportheu particularly demanding. Between 9 and 14% moisture and baled with HDP at least 1550 lbs (700 kg) at 7 foot (2.1 meter) length. If the bales are wet, the quality suffers in the container, the ball longer, they do not fit into the container. If the bales are easier to reach its maximum weight of the container and the exporter does not lose much money on the sea.

Therefore, we can at present only very early morning (about 4 clock) or late evening when the humidity is (about 21 clock), press.

day we will have time to wait for the machine to plan the next demonstrations, or simply to catch some sleep sometimes.

So much for the moment. More soon, but I called again the BiG Pack.

So, until then!

Niklas
